Sometimes it’s nice to have a taste of home when you’ve been on holidays for a while. After a month on the road we’ve been craving great Australian style coffee. Don’t get me wrong though… I enjoyed a few frappes in Greece and an espresso or two in Italy, but there’s no place like home.
This morning we discovered a great little cafe in Aix called “Coffee to Go”. The name doesn’t give much away but the barista, Adrien, spent six months working in Brisbane and is convinced that flat whites and lattes put french espresso to shame… He’s returned to Aix to convert the rest of France (and satisfy a few Aussie tourists along the way).
